CTF Export Feature¶

Abstract

As an instructor, it is possible to export a CSV file containing all recorded submissions to your CTF environment for grading. This article details the process of exporting submissions.

How Can This Feature Aid My Course?¶

The export feature is beneficial in a variety of ways and is especially valuable in helping you:

Assess student understanding: Review both correct and incorrect submissions to determine where students are grasping the material or having difficulty.
Identify trends in answers: Spot patterns in student responses, helping you diagnose areas where they may need additional support or clarification.

Exporting Student Submissions from CTF Environment¶

1. Enter the CTF.¶

Click "Enter" in the middle of the page to navigate to your CTF environment.

2. Click on the Scoreboard tab.¶

The Scoreboard tab is located to the right of the Challenges tab in the top left of the screen.

3. Click the "Export Submissions" button in the top right corner of the screen.¶

The "Export Submissions" button is located in the top right corner of the screen.

Submissions will be immediately downloaded to your computer as a CSV file.
