Can't Login to a Public CTF¶

Are Public Registrations Enabled?¶

CTF admins will need to make sure that public registrations are enabled before you will be able to login to a Public CTF event. Please see the section titled How to Setup a Public CTF Competition for further information.

Note

Public registration is not supported in every CTF. Please contact the CTF admin if you believe there is an issue with your CTF's registration. A CTF admin should refer to the article titled Player Can't Login to a Public CTF for further information.

Are you signing up using the unique public CTF URL?¶

Make sure to use the URL provided by your CTF admin to register for the Public CTF event. Please see the article titled Public CTF Environment for instructions on this process.

Browser Troubleshooting¶

Browsers are often the cause of issues when logging in. We have detailed some preliminary steps that resolve most browser issues in our article titled Can't Login to Cyber Range Exercise Area Account.
