What is a business unit?¶

The U.S. Cyber Range organizes users by giving them a business unit identification. In most cases, this will be the name of the school, university, or organization, as well as the region, that the user is associated with.

Courses are also given a business unit when requested, which is also named for the school, university, or organization, and region, that is offering the course.

Business units may vary based on structure and size of the organization. If you have any trouble finding your correct business unit, an organizational admin or course admin can help you find the correct business unit.
